Impact Analysis:
As part of this process step, the source data is analysed to review the existing format and draw a process to convert the data to the new standard and specification. Technical writers and illustrators along with data specialists and programmers will identify various entities like reusable information, illustrations/images, hidden and conditional text, etc. All of this and many more pointers will assist us to strategize and define appropriate methodologies& automation possibilities for our next important process steps. Based on our findings, we create the quality checklist which will help us during our review processes.

Conversion:
TLE uses customized conversion engine to convert content to new structure as per standard and specifications. Our data specialist in collaboration with technical writers and programmers implement effective automation solutions to map the content with respective elements and attributes to the new structure. If required, our illustrators convert the illustrations from raster to vector format and reuse the existing artwork if agrees to the latest standards. All converted content & illustrations are compiled and stored in database for review process.

Review Process:
In the process, we perform review process as per defined quality checklists. We review the data (content & illustrations/images) with the source file, compliance with the new standard & specifications, parsing errors, structure format, etc. All changes made to the source data are recorded and informed to the client.
